Since its founding in 1984, J. Richard & Co. has operated as a compensation consulting firm specializing in reviewing and developing executive officer and board of director total compensation and equity incentive programs. We also provide advisory services relative to CEO and other executive officer employment agreements, employee equity participation plans, long-term incentive alternatives, and nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements. Compensation committee assistance and development, peer group selection and analysis for pay and performance comparisons and benchmarking, and board development and evaluation processes have also been areas in which we have provided ongoing assistance to our Clients.

We also regularly develop compensation databases from publicly held company SEC-filed documents, published pay surveys, and proprietary surveys which we conduct for Clients.

Litigation support and expert testimony are other services we perform, and J. E. Richard, our Founder and Managing Director, has been qualified in numerous jurisdictions.
